I made more here than anywhere else in the city and I still left. Schedules went up two days out, cuts came with no warning, and the same three people got every good section. If you can tune all of that out the tips are genuinely excellent.

Volume is relentless and the money reflects it. Weekend doubles regularly clear what I made in a week at my last place. The trade is the close — you are not walking out before 3am and side work is heavy. Management is fair but stretched thin, so you solve most problems yourself. Worth it if you want the money and can handle the pace.
